Feeder : Come Back Around

...the best and most noble thing to do in such dire circumstances is to rock even harder...

A gutsy slice of vibro-rock from Feeder in the wake of the tragic suicide of drummer Jon Lee. Rather than serve up a mournful ballad like the Britrock Elton or something, Grant Nicholas navigates the band through their finest single yet courtesy of a tune even Dave Grohl's Foo Fighters- the undisputed kings of bubblegum metal- would happily take on loan.

"I know it might take a while to come back around" hollers Grant, realizing that - taking his example from those crowned princes of bouncing back, The Charlatans - the best and most noble thing to do in such dire circumstances is to rock even harder. More power to their aching elbows.
