This sounds like an advert for an additive-crammed fruit drink. In the ad, an animated Gruff is with octopuses, squirrels and penguins in a world of melting trees with faces. The sun is smiling and smoking pot. The drink is called something like Psytopia Tropical Fruit Melt.
