Gwen Stefani is living under the somewhat embarrassing apprehension that she’s a middle-aged Jamaican woman. Dipping into the same bucket of cultural tourism that saw her drag four confused-looking Japanese women in increasingly ludicrous outfits around the world with her on tour, she’s now roped in Bob Marley’s kid, Damian Marley, and – dear god – put on a Caribbean accent. Check out Gwen’s ‘rap’ if you want your eardrums to never forgive you. The fact that the video seems to be a protracted advert for Gwen’s fashion line LAMB only adds to the impending air of career suicide.
