2007 isn’t the year of the ASBO, new rave or Gordon Brown, oh no – it’s the year of glitter-splattered nosebleed house music again, and anyone who disagrees can listen to new albums by Digitalism, Simian Mobile Disco and LCD Soundsystem then send me a written apology. Oh, and buy the new Justice tune which, with its school kid-sung hooks, comes on like Daft Punk handing out Es in morning assembly.
