Stronger

We’re quite used to Kanye turning the most predictable into something uh-uh-uh-uhmazing, but Daft Punk? Taking a liberal sample from the French duo’s ‘Harder, Better, Stronger, Faster’ (itself nicked from Edwin Birdsong) is a bit like racist Emily from Big Brother saying she loves indie music when she’s clearly only ever heard one Snow Patrol song on the soundtrack of The OC. But despite the whole “Stop stealing my records, Dad!” element, ‘Stronger’ is still a contender. Maybe for Kanye’s next album, ‘Home Studies Doctorate’, he’d like to sample Fatboy Slim or something. Oooh, edgy.
