Although LL Cool J’s finest moment still remains his appearance on the Muppet Show (Kermit: "What’s your new single called?" LL: "Phenomenon". All the Muppets: "Nana-na-na-na!" - it only lacked David Brent hovering in the background touching his tie), this is a delicious slice of knowing slinkiness that comes over like a slow motion massage from your favourite wet dream. Even LL repeating "touch it why don’tcha" to the object of his affections doesn’t ruin the cocktails-on-the-beach-with-mah-money-and-mah-laydeez vibe. In his own words: "Paradise is very nice".
