The latest signing to reliable Manc stoner imprint Grand Central seems like a reliably shambolic geezer. Both tracks here feel as though they were pieced together in about five minutes flat, welding as they do stabbing funk samples and meandering bass to a peculiarly housey sensibility. Not likely to be setting the world on fire any time soon, mind, but the guy's got a good sense of rhythm and a keen sense of fun - and with that in place, you can't go far wrong, really, can you?
