S Club 7 : You

...like baking the most perfect victoria sponge cake in the world then putting it on the floor and taking a really big poo on it...

The Sclub have never managed to get away with more than two decent singles in a row, so here’s ‘You’, which will be the ninth song of that name to go Top 40 and is probably the worst of the bunch. Even compared with the Point Break one.

Coming after the double whammy that was ‘Don’t Stop Movin’’ and ‘Have You Ever?’ this single is like baking the most perfect victoria sponge cake in the world then putting it on the floor and taking a really big poo on it; still, The Sclub will look like Status Quo by the time the first single drops from S Club Juniors, Simon Fuller’s posse of musical pre-teens. And no, we have not made that up.
