Granted, ‘Say Aha’ loses out considerably in the amazingness stakes simply by virtue of not being ‘LES Artistes’. But who said this was a perfect world? This is jaunty, dancehall-flecked and it’s perfectly fine, thank you. More essential is the brainbanging TEPR remix, which chops up the vocal, syncopates the beats and makes it sound a bit more like it’s enjoying a night on the ketamine, before going to Gatecrasher.

I love Santogold. Her songs are new and unique and thats hard to come by with the recent churning out of mass bands screaming down a microphone attempting to be as 'indie' and 'werid' as possible. Santogold is beutifully wonderful and has a sense of fascination around her. I hope to have a second album of hers on my desk soon!
