By not releasing another anti-war song as a single, Serj Tankian is responsible for approximately 10,000 more needless Iraqi deaths. Pop stars – when are you going to wake up to your responsibilities and realise your music is the only line of defence between the mortars and the innocents? Just because this song has the temerity to not focus on Bush and his war (which is all about oil, y’know), that doesn’t mean the bearded dude has toned down the pomposity though; this couldn’t be more bombastic if it was built into one of Richard Reid’s shoes.
