According to their biography, Shitdisco “believe that partying is a political statement”. Guys… no. Rioting, pamphleteering, assassinating an Austro-Hungarian archduke – these are political statements. Partying is the one where you drink margaritas and fall over. Remember? Happily, their Shakira-esque grip on the geo-politik can’t disguise the fact that this is their finest output to date: a nitro-speed Depeche Mode using tasers to keep the citizenry in line.
