Snoop Dogg : Snoop Dogg

Best in show.

Not content with having already composed 957 songs based on his own name, and even launching his Mini-Me side project Lil Bow Wow using the same gimmick, the Snoopster returns with - wait, let's guess - a musical homage to himself and his distinctive canine moniker. But however dry the well of inspiration, the fleet-footed strut of 'Snoop Dogg' is as infectious
as foot and mouth. Produced,
like the Missy Elliott single, by Timbaland, Snoop delivers his purring, laconic rap over a skittery groove of considerable oily charm. Best in show.
