Take Back The City

Snow Patrol, T in the park, headline mainstage, 9.30pm, July 8 2007. Pic Sonia Melot
Snow Patrol are back with another slow-burning anthem, but pleasingly this isn’t their typical dewy-eyed simperer, it’s more of a glammy power-rock ballad in the vein of ’80s unit-shifters Starship or Roxette. You won’t admit to liking it, but let’s just say when your dad turns it up in the car, you won’t argue and may even suck gustily on your Murray Mint.
