It’s rock music, folks, but not as we know it. Canadian husband and wife duo Olga Goreas and Jace Lasek have long since proved their chops as purveyors of elegant, muscular splendour. Now, the pair have hopped into their space buggy and are cruising from planet to planet, beaming back transmissions of dreamy, death-waltz romanticism (‘46 Satires’), languid grandeur (‘People Of The Sticks’), stardust-sprinkled soundscapes (‘Catalina’) and wall-of-sound climaxes of rushing noise (swansong ‘Alamogordo’). Take your protein pills, put your helmet on, and join them.
