The Stills

Remember when Canadian miserablists The Stills were slated to be the new Interpol for about five minutes on a rainy Tuesday afternoon a couple of years back? Yeah, well that one didn’t really come to fruition, did it? However, the Quebecan five-piece are back with new single ‘Helicopters’, and this time they sound less like Interpol (bad) and more like Black Rebel Motorcycle Club during their folk-rock phase (even worse). We recommend avoidance.
