Train : She's On Fire

A mere two years ago hicks-about-town Train were a bunch of Satanic Stone Temple Pilot worshippers who deserved to be tied to the back bumpers of their beloved battered pick-ups and driven a hundred miles down that long ol' dusty road to Lonesomeville. Now - click your heels, say 'There's no place like Beck' - here's the second single from their second album 'Drops Of Jupiter' and how they've come on!

They've had an electronic overhaul and Pat Monahan has stopped singing as if he wants a herd of water buffalo to accept him as one of their own. It's still blustery MOR Corrs-gone-country toss on a stick, but it's blustery MOR Corrs-gone-country toss on a stick with some oompff. At this tremendous rate of improvement they're still in with a chance of making Single Of The Week shortly before the earth plunges into the sun.
