TV On The Radio are quite simply, as usual, sitting alone and apart from the rest of this page. While the rest of the Tracks class are getting on with their projects – a 4/4 guitar rock-out here, an electro doodle there – TVOTR are in the corner with Bowie, tearing pages out of their textbooks and throwing them into a spectral campfire while chanting in demented falsetto unison. Makes everything else seem remedial now then, eh?
