50/50

Wiley

If any one man could be said to have invented grime, it’s Wiley, east London producer/MC who mentored Dizzee, inspired everyone from street kids to Nathan Barley scenesters (hello, Hadouken!) and turned down a record deal from Mike Skinner just, y’know, because. ‘50/50’ is grime comedy par excellence: Wiley does funny voices, “flies through the air like a Frisbee”, and ponders his own general excellence. No arguments here.
