Every other aspect of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs is a total wet dream. These three NYC urchins played their debut gig in support to . And on this, their debut EP, they clatter away like Jack’n’Meg’s pouting kid cousins, yet somehow manage to craft five songs as ragged as ‘Fell In Love With A Girl’, but as immediate as The Beatles’ ‘She Loves You’. "It’s our time to be hated," drawls pouting singer Karen O, on the closing ‘Our Time’. Oh, don’t listen to ‘em, Yeah Yeah Yeahs. They’re just jealous.
