The legendary Mona Best was one of the most important persons in the Beatles' career and in the development of the Liverpool music & club scene in the early Sixties. The Beatles often played at Mona's popular teen club, the Casbah Coffee Club, and her son Pete joined the group in August, 1960 just as they were about to leave for Hamburg, Germany. In this short clip, Mona and Pete discuss the dismissal of Pete from the band in 1962.
