Primus's "Those Damned Blue-Collar Tweakers" on bass - LRRG video

An excellent song from their second album "Sailing the Seas of Cheese", home of the famous "Tommy the Cat". This lesser-known tune is nonetheless often played live. After all, every town has blue-collar tweakers who can relate to the theme. What's more, the song is loads of fun to play on bass, with a pulse that resembles a heart beat. The main riff is fairly easy, with sliding inverted fifth chords, however, the dynamics can be a bit of a challenge. Then there is the solo. I play an approximation (as I do with all of Les's stuff, actually), which is a combination of what he plays on the studio album with an ending I saw him do on the Videoplasty video.
