Gihigugma Ko Ikaw (I love You) lyrics/chords in the descript video

IF THIS VIDEO DOES NOT PLAY NOR LOAD, PLEASE WATCH OR CLICK THE BACKUP VIDEO THER BELOW (methinks, this has been taken down by *invisible powers* at Utube ever since that 'nice' comments appeared there below;thereupon, I impulsively answered it with 'beautiful' comments of my own. Now I deleted my comments. And so, his/her nice comments is all that remains there. I think I have the power to ZAP it, but instinctively decides to leave it as is, cuz I'm a hard-core believer of Free Speech (am not too onion-skinned anyway LOL) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iJ13BV4Aq74 Visayan love song....Please Note! I have not translated this to fit the English words to its melody, but to convey its closest meaning from the Visayan language. If someone wants to sing this song in English, Spanish or any language;then, they have to devise words that perfectly dovetails the melody but not far from the song theme.(my role here is just to EXPOSE what this song means) The literal word-for-word translation is not practical, un ungrammatical and awkward. To Visayan listeners here: It is as if I've eaten the words in the line "I will close my eyes again"...the wordings in there is: "Piyongon ko pagbalik". At first, I don't really know lyrics in that line. So, I just somewhat mumbled it. The chordings/accompaniment of all my Visayan songs here, I just devise it myself. YouTube always cuts a few seconds of the endings of every song I uploaded here. this song originally has a lenght of 4:09, but it's only 4:02 (or just 4 min and 2 seconds)here. if you wanna hear the missing 7 seconds, go to my Website, and click on the title link there.(what you're missing here is really just the last Gmaj9 chord that lasts for 6/or 7 seconds) I've devised my own Chords to transcribed lyrics below: Lyrics I've listened from Amapola's recorded song (some mistakes but the song is intact) Original Key is Db VERSE Em /G Am F#m7-5 B7 Em Na--ga- dam-go Un-ya na-hig- ma-ta a-ko C#m7-5 Am F#m7-5 B7 Em Na-ki-ta ko ang ka-ha-yag, Ug na-su-bo a-ko Em E7/G# Am D7 /C G/B Kon ma--himo, Pi-yo-ngon ko pag-ba-lik C#m7-5 Bm7(9) C#m7-5 F#7 Bm Am Ab7-5 Ki-ning ma-nga ma-ta, A-ron sa dam-go pa-da-yon kay REFRAIN G Abdim Am Bbdim G/B Gi-hi-gug-ma ko i-kaw, Un-sa-on ko man Em Cm7(9) B7 Em C#m7-5 Bm Nga di-li ko ma-hi-mo, Ug di-li ,di-li ko ma-hi-mo C#m7-5 F#7 Bm Am7 Ab7-5 Na ki'ng pag-ba-ti, Hi-say-ran mo--- Kay G Abdim Am Bbdim G/B Gi-hi-gug-ma ko i-kaw, Ta-go-on ko lang Em /C# Cm9 D7 G Ki-ni ang si-lot ko, Nga ma-ga-dam-go Em Am D7+(5) G Sa gug-ma mo, Un-sa-on ko INTERLUDE: B7--Em--Eb9--G/D--C#m7-5--Cm9-- D11--Am7(no 5th)--Ab7-5 G Abdim Am Bbdim G/B Gi-hi-gug-ma ko i-kaw, Un-sa-on ko man Em /D /C# Cm9 D7 G Em Ki-ni ang si-lot ko, Nga ma-ga-dam-go Am D7-9 --Gm9--Amaj7--Abmaj7--Gmaj9 Sa gug-ma mo, Un-sa-on Ko ***You can transpose this to the original woman's Key of Db by Amapola. Sure, I can reach that Key. But I don't want to sound like a castrated eunuch in the rendition of it. LOL These chord voicings here is in the Key of G. Those separated /slashLetters are individual Bass Notes. Sound it separately from the preceeding Chords---unless it is by itself a Slash Chord (chords whose bass note is not its Root) It's so difficult to align Chords-to-Lyrics here. YouTube doesn't understand a character spacing of more than a *single space*. Sorry for that. If you analyze this lyrics with fine-tooth comb,I think this is the songwriter's answer (a *video response* in YouTube's terminology LOL) to Matud Nila. The songwriter here doesn't brood much about BAHANDI (riches) nor BULAWAN (gold). He simply declares: "I really just can't do it", after realizing that He was only dreaming (the meat of the Verse) and the ending of the song leaves us with a Question. Unsaon ko? (the Gm9 chord nicely fits in there)MAHNEE CABASE is such a clever man. Melodywise, I think this song is up to par with Jazz Ballads we call Standards. [This song has even more chords than say 'That's All' an old standard enjoying a comeback today] This is a Bisaya Jazz Song! (do you listen to Bee Gees song CHARADE? I will lump this song in that genre..the melody of this is even sweeter)Matud Nila would hardly fit the category. Matud Nila is simply a Kundiman..melody_wise. Don't get me wrong here! Matud Nila is a brilliantly crafted song. I'm only pointing out the obvious melodic difference...there and then.
