Music from Australia and New Zealand in the year 1978: In 1978, a 50's-revival musical titled 'Grease' was made into a movie and consequently became a world-wide phenomenon. Australian pop show Countdown got caught up in the wave and went through extraordinary lengths to promote the movie to an Aussie audience. Countdown was also the first television program to play the 'You're The One I Want' segment, during the early course of the movie's success. This feature includes red carpet interviews with Aussies Olivia Newton-John, Andy Gibb and the movie's producer and entertainment entrepreneur Robert Stigwood.
