Keith Whitley 101 (2008 Edition-Part 1) (IN STEREO!!!) video

The first edition of "Keith Whitley 101" that I posted to my original jkwfaninwv70 account was so popular, with over 30K views, that I decided to pull every resource that I had to make an all-new version of "Keith Whitley 101." The original version was just over 6 minutes long. Part 1 of this version is already much longer. Part 1 starts with Keith's childhood and spans his entire bluegrass career with Ralph Stanley, Ricky Skaggs, and J. D. Crowe, and explores his first few years as a mainstream country artist with RCA, the record company that one of his idols, Elvis Presley, was signed to. The clip ends in early 1988, just before the release of the album that catapulted him to the ranks of superstardom, "Don't Close Your Eyes."
