“It’s great being back home,” frontman Caleb Followill told the crowd at one point, recalling how the band had first found fame in the UK.

The group played a career-spanning set, which began with ‘The Bucket’, from their second album ‘Aha Shake Heartbreak’.

They also played a number of tracks from the new record, including singles ‘Waste A Moment’ and ‘Around The World’.

The gig wasn’t without hiccups – during ‘Radioactive’, Matthew Followill’s guitar stopped working and had to be replaced.

Led Zeppelin’s Jimmy Page joined eager fans at the show, watching the gig from a fenced off enclosure by the mixing desk.
