Watch Dave Grohl perform ‘Show Me How to Live’ with Audioslave at Chris Cornell tribute show

A whole host of stars and musicians played in LA last night to remember the late frontman

Dave Grohl performed with Audioslave last night in tribute to the late Chris Cornell, who was the subject of a star-studded tribute concert in LA – watch fan-shot footage of the special performance of ‘Show Me How To Live’ below.

The ‘I Am The Highway’ show, which was billed as “an epic night of music, taking fans on an unforgettable journey through Chris’s legendary career and catalogue,” was staged at The Forum in Los Angeles yesterday (January 16) in Cornell’s memory, who passed away on May 17, 2017 at the age of 52.

Grohl was just one of the many guest performers at the gig, and he joined the remaining members of Audioslave for the final track on their five-song setlist. Ripping through the Audioslave song ‘Show Me How to Live’, you can see fan-shot footage of the special live collaboration below.

Other performers last night included Ryan Adams, the Foo Fighters, Josh Homme, Fiona Apple, Metallica, Miley Cyrus and Miguel. All proceeds from the show went towards The Chris and Vicky Cornell Foundation and The Epidermolysis Bullosa Medical Research Foundation.

Grohl paid an emotional tribute to Cornell back in September 2017, admitting that he “loved” the late musician: “He was a really sweet guy. Full of life. And he had so much to offer. That one hurt.”
