Calvin Harris, Dua Lipa, Rag’n’Bone Man and Sam Smith to perform together at Brit Awards 2019

"Four artists. One epic performance,"

The latest performance for the BRIT Awards 2019 has been confirmed – and it’ll see some of pop’s biggest names joining forces for a star-studded performance.

Calvin Harris will lead the performance at the prestigious ceremony next month, where he’ll be joined by previous collaborators Dua Lipa, Sam Smith, and Rag’n’ Bone Man.

Expected to be a medley featuring all three artists, the performance will see the foursome rattling through the likes of Dua Lipa’s huge collab ‘One Kiss’, Sam Smith’s ‘No Promises’ and ‘Giant’, which was released by Rag’n’ Bone Man earlier this month.

“Four artists. One epic performance,” wrote the BRIT Awards on Twitter.

Speaking to The Sun, a BRITS insider confirmed: “We have genuinely been trying to persuade Calvin to perform at the Brits for the past decade. He has had such a massive international career and is one of the most successful British artists of the 21st century.

“Although he has the songs One Kiss with Dua, Promises with Sam and Giant with Rag’N’Bone Man, they are yet to decide on what they will sing.

“It could be some of those or perhaps other hits from Calvin’s mammoth back catalogue. Whatever happens, it is sure to be one of the most memorable performances of the evening.”

However, it seems unlikely that Calvin will be jumping on the mic for the performance. Late last year, he offered a brilliant explanation when one fan asked why he doesn’t sing any more.

“The last thing I want to do is down 2 bottles of jack daniels a night, live on greggs pasties and sleep on an absolutely stinking bus all year, scream down a mic for 55 minutes and pretend to play a keyboard 5x a week those days are behind me son,” he admitted.
