Jack and Meg White’s incestuous popularity really took off with 2001’s ‘White Blood Cells’. They were launched as brother and sister in 1999 for their self-titled debut album, two months after Meg had taken up drums. The pair deny ever being married to each other. Where did we get that idea from? Oh, probably just the divorce papers.
