Alex Turner, The Maccabees and Wolf Alice Make Their Picks for NME Awards 2016 with Austin, Texas

The NME Awards with Austin, Texas are mere weeks away and it’s shaping up pretty nicely. Coldplay will pick up the Godlike Genius award and perform on the night alongside Bring Me The Horizon at London’s o2 Academy Brixton on February 17. There’s still time for you to decide which of your favourite acts gets to pick up the infamous middle-finger statue though. Who will you pick for Best International Solo Artist supported by Nikon, Kendrick Lamar or Grimes? And Foals and The Libertines are battling it out for Best British Band, but only one can win. The power is in your hands.

You can vote here, but if you’re still unsure, here’s a gentle nudge from your favourite musicians and actors for who they think should win on the night.
