Bad Buggers On The Internet Are Editing Taylor Swift’s Wikipedia Page

Roller coaster week for Taylor Swift. It was revealed she’s raked in almost £130m so far in 2016, making her the highest-earning entertainer in the world right now. Yet success always comes with a price, and sometimes that price is being called a liar by Kim Kardashian.

Yes, the ‘Bad Blood’ singer has come under fire from the reality TV star and business woman over the controversy surrounding Kanye West‘ track ‘Famous’. The song sees Kim’s hubby rap, “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why? I made that bitch faaaaaaamous“. He reckoned he’d sought Taylor’s approval for the line, which references him infamously upstaging her at the VMAs in 2009. Yet she denied she done any such thing. Ah, but now Kim has leaked a video that seems to capture her doing just that.

“I really appreciate you telling me about it, that’s really nice,” Taylor says in the video. Just think: Kim and Kanye actually sat around and dialled that number while the camera was rolling, in cahoots over secretly filming Taylor. On current evidence, they are evil geniuses.

For her part, Taylor has disputed the exact nature of the alleged approval, claiming it’s the use of the word “bitch” to which she objects and which surprised her. To be fair, nowhere in the video above does Kanye quote that line to her.

That moment when Kanye West secretly records your phone call, then Kim posts it on the Internet.

Ah, but that hasn’t stopped badduns on the internet from editing her Wikipedia page to make her look like a right little tinker. The page has changed back now – things move fast on the internet – but these screengrabs tell the story.

A “slithering snake?” A “liar” whom “Kanye West Made Famous”? Seems a little harsh, doesn’t it? Today we have learned two things we know already: Kanye West will stop at nothing in his quest for controversy and, without fail, haters gonna hate, hate, hate.
