Adele’s career took before Sam’s and he’s become weary of interviewers asking him about comparisons to his fellow British crooner who sings sad songs and shifts records by the bucketload, but he shouldn’t be too surprised that the subject comes up time and again, given the growing evidence that they are in fact the same actual person.

Curiously, another enterprising social media private investigator has sped up Sam’s heartfelt weepy ‘Too Good At Goodbyes’ and discovered that it sounds like not like Adele, but that other big-haired superstar, Dolly Parton.
