Phaeleh, Seeland (Horrors mix), Kanye, 50 Cent – Free MP3 Downloads

Bristol does it again – for electronic music at least. Hot on the heels of the Gemmy track we posted last week comes Phaeleh (pronounced, in Bristolian no doubt, as “fella”).

The classically-trained (always a good sign) dubstep aficionado purveys brilliantly-constructed soundscapes that veer from Massive Attack mesmeric to Four Tet folktronic. As mentioned on his MySpace (and evinced by the tunes there) it’s quite Nordic electronic too. And there’s a bit of an eastern vibe. In fact, it’s lots of things.

Check out this track that didn’t quite make the cut for the album and get the LP when it’s released on Afterglo Recordings on Nov 1st.

Next, the greatest live band of all time (Acid Mothers Temple) are releasing a collaboration album with Italian noiseniks Stearica.

Out Nov 1st through Homeopathic/Robot Elephant, it’s precisely the kind of psych rock brilliance you’d expect from a meeting of these minds and you can grab a track from the LP right here.

Finally, The Horrors (or at least Tom Furse) have turned their attention to Birmingham’s electro types Seeland. Get their grungey kraut remix of the band’s ‘Black Dot’ right here.
