Come on. We’ve all got one. Don’t be shy. Now is your time to ‘fess up and absolve yourself of the shame. I’ll go first.
‘The Gift Of Game’ by Crazy Town, the LA rap rock group, sits at the back of my CD shelf. In 1999, I listened to it every day. ‘Shifty’ signed my arm at a concert in Camden and I didn’t wash it for months. My parents eventually sat me down when the skin on my arm was so dead and grey it became a public health risk.
NME staff’s shelf of shame includes Aqua’s ‘Aquarium’, B*Witched’s eponymous debut, ‘Step One’ by Steps, a Charles Manson album and All-4-One’s debut.
