Circa Waves – Garage fuzz and a West Coast spirit inform Liverpool’s best new band

Circa Waves take Radar’s coveted title of New Band Of The Week in the latest NME. The Liverpool four-piece are still unsigned as I type, but are being courted by practically every label interested in guitar music, and tipped for greatness by many who’ve heard the tunes or seen them live. Led by Kieran Shuddall – a man who clearly knows his way around writing classic-sounding indie pop – they’ve apparently got 20-30 songs already written and ready to go. Which is nice.

Read all about them in this week’s mag and stream ‘Good For Me’ from their debut single (out next week) below.
