Menace Beach, ‘Where I Come From’ – Track Premiere

New music’s finest supergroup of sorts, Leeds based Menace Beach features members of Sky Larkin, Pulled Apart By Horses, You Animals and Hookworms. Guess what? They totally match up to their individual day jobs. ‘Where I Come From’ keeps its breezy, fuzz-pop thrills simple, all prime Blur hooks spinning through slathers of reverb and boy-girl vocals. Following their debut single ‘Drop Outs’ released earlier this year, it’s proof that a meeting of established musical minds needn’t be all about bloated egos – Menace Beach are having far too much fun for that.
