Fronteers Evoke The Spirit Of Supergrass On ‘Idol’

The hottest thing in Hull are back with a brand new single.

Fronteers’ strengths have always been their ability to ape the finer points of pre-bluster Britpop – the tones and vibrancy of The La’s, the fresh-faced wonder of Supergrass, and new track ‘Idol’ is no different.

The band are playing a bunch of dates next month, including a gig at Dingwalls in London, supporting fellow indie kids Pretty Vicious as part of the NME Awards 2016 shows with Austin, Texas.
