‘Risk of Rain 2’ is one of those indie games you almost need to play to understand. A game that has levels you can rush through and get no loot, or spend ages gathering everything while the game throws more and more enemies at you, it has a dynamic difficulty system that gets harder the longer you play. And it just got even bigger on consoles, thanks to a huge anniversary update.
If you’ve played Risk of Rain 2 on PC before, you know why this is important. After over a year in early access, the game has hit 1.0 on Xbox, PlayStation 4, and Switch – and finally, we have the end boss.
