Sainsbury Tu Returns 

You have up to 30 days after you receive your order to return it. Return to any Sainsbury store for free or post your items back using the preprinted label that comes with your order. Sainsbury charges a £3.50 fee for returns sent through the post.

For holiday shoppers, the return timeframe is extended. All purchases made in November and December have until January 31 to return any unwanted items.
