Zee and Co Returns

Zee and Co wants their customers to be satisfied with every purchase, and even though they always inspect their items before the order is shipped, they understand that there are occasions where you might want to return your purchase and seek a refund. The return policy gives you 14 days of receipt to send back your order. You must enclose either a copy of the returns procedure guide, which you should find enclosed with your order once you’ve received it, or enclose the original invoice or receipt you received. Simply fill in the form that came with your parcel and attach the accompanying Royal Mail Freepost label. Zee and Co will re-credit you the original amount to the original purchaser’s credit card, with the full refund. The store will also include the original shipping costs in your refund. Please give it a period of up to seven days for the return to be processed and reflected on your account. 

For UK returns, there are free UK Royal mail returns. Just attach the Royal Mail returns label to the outside of your packaging and drop the package into an official UK post office. You must make sure that you obtain proof of postage. This Freepost service will not however include insurance to the value of the goods, and proof of posting is not a proof of receipt. Please note that all the goods remain your responsibility as the customer until they are finally received by Zee and Co.
