Filipino band Ben&Ben have released their highly anticipated music video for ‘Sa Susunod na Habang Buhay’, which stars the actors Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla.
The video was written by Juan Miguel Severo, the creator of web series Gaya Sa Pelikula, and directed by Jorel Lising, who also worked on the visual for latest single ‘Di Ka Sayang’.
The video, which premiered Monday (December 14), stars Bernardo and Padilla, the popular on- and off-screen pair in Filipino TV and film whom fans call ‘KathNiel’. They play a couple stuck in a time loop in the video, which you can watch below.
Ben&Ben stoked hype for the video by posting a photo on their social media platforms on December 9, calling the music video a “dream collab”.

Ben&Ben released ‘Sa Susunod na Habang Buhay’ in February. At the time, Benjamin called it their “most personal, painful song so far”. Last month, the band released the anthemic new single ‘Di Ka Sayang’.
In a statement, Benjamin shared that ‘Di Ka Sayang’ was inspired by a conversation he had with his twin brother and fellow band member Miguel in 2019 about “career choices and how hard it was to fight for who we really are and what we want to do in life, amidst societal and family expectations”.
Ben&Ben recently represented the Philippines at the 2020 ASEAN-Korean ROUND Festival, along with Singapore’s Charlie Lim, Malaysia’s Zamaera and Indonesia’s Isyana Sarasvati. The band were also named the most-streamed artist on Spotify in the Philippines in 2020, beating K-pop group BTS.
In October, Ben&Ben were nominated for Best Southeast Asia Act in the 2020 MTV EMAs. The award went to Vietnamese singer Jack.
