Inigo Pascual drops reggae remix of ‘Catching Feelings’

Featuring Bimwala and J Boog

Filipino singer Inigo Pascual has dropped a reggae remix of his 2019 hit collaboration with Moophs ‘Catching Feelings’, produced by Bimwala and featuring Samoan artist J Boog.

Carefree island vibes permeate the new version of ‘Catching Feelings’, thanks to Bimwala’s easygoing production and J Boog’s open-hearted new verse. Pascual embarked on the collaboration with the Hawaii-based Bimwala after they met in Honolulu last year during Pascual’s world promo tour. In an interview with MYX, Pascual revealed that he’d listened to Bimwala’s music as a child, and could not believe that he was on the remix.

It’s the latest release from Pascual this year, following ‘Maligaya Ang Buhay’ (the theme song of the upcoming Filipino film Four Sisters Before The Wedding), ‘Always’ and ‘Rise’, a multi-artist collaboration orchestrated by Pascual’s label Tarsier Records. It features Zee Avi, Eric Bellinger, Sam Concepcion, Vince Nantes and Moophs.

Since its release more than a year ago, ‘Catching Feelings’ has amassed over 9million streams on Spotify alone, with more than a million views on YouTube. Later in October that same year, Pascual surprise-released a stripped-down version of the song as a gift to his fans.
