Careless Music has released a video of Filipino singer-songwriter Nadine Lustre performing her song ‘Ivory’.
The live performance, which premiered on Thursday, January 7, has garnered close to 27,000 views since its release. The video sees Lustre performing in a studio with nothing but a mattress and an LED screen that depicts dark clouds and thunderstorms.

‘Ivory’ features on Lustre’s debut studio album, ‘Wildest Dreams’. The album, which was accompanied by a 33-minute visual that featured six of the 12 tracks on the record, was released last October. The album received a three-star review from NME.
“Nadine Lustre allows herself to be autobiographical through ‘Wildest Dreams’, going to unforeseen heights to distinguish herself from fellow celebrities and carve out an identity separate from who people think she is,” wrote NME’s Saab Lariosa.
In other Nadine Lustre news, the musician and actress has been sued by Viva Artists Agency for breach of contract. Lustre and her lawyer said that they “welcome” the lawsuit, which was filed in mid-December. “We are confident that the truth will come out about VAA being predatory, oppressive and abusive not only of Nadine but its many other talents,” said lawyer Lorna Kapunan.
The lawsuit claims that Lustre is exclusively contracted to Viva Artists Agency until 2029, even though she announced in January 2020 that she had “terminated” her contract with them.
It also alleges that Lustre had violated her “valid and existing agency and management agreement … by contracting independently with advertisers, promoters, and other third parties, in utter disregard of the exclusivity of her contract”.
