Watch Tayla Parx perform ‘Dance Alone’, ‘Nevermind’ and ‘System’ for NME Home Sessions

Tayla Parx checks in for the latest edition of NME Home Sessions from her home studio in LA to deliver an energetic, spritely and thoroughly feel-good three-song set.

The Texas artist has previously worked as a prolific pop songwriter for the likes of Ariana Grande, Dua Lipa and Janelle Monáe, but Parx’s genre-hopping solo material is fast-becoming her very own calling card. Take her impressive November-released second album ‘Coping Mechanisms’, which is definitely the most fun you’ll ever have listening to a record which deals with the aftermath of a relationship break-up.

Accompanied by her guitarist Sam for her in-the-studio performance, Parx and her powerful vocals glide through a trio of cuts from ‘Coping Mechanisms’ for our viewing pleasure.
