“I am very honoured to be asked and will give my absolute best to the fans!!!”

The Gold Coast blues fixture will return in 2021 with an array of local Aussie talent and international blues favourites after its 2020 event was cancelled due to the pandemic.

In place of its 2020 event – which had been scheduled to take place in May – Blues On Broadbeach presented a livestream event entitled Bandwidth, which saw Emmanuel, The Black Sorrows and more perform.

Gold Coast Mayor Tom Tate said that Blues On Broadbeach is “iconic for the Goldie and I know thousands of people travel throughout Australia to get to it.

“Let’s get those trumpets, saxophones, and guitars humming in 2021.”
