David Byrne, Wolf Alice and Interpol are among the first wave of acts confirmed for this year’s Clockenflap festival.

Held in the centre of Hong Kong, at the city’s Central Harbourfront, Clockenflap celebrated its tenth anniversary last year.

Along with the former Talking Heads’ frontman’s endlessly talked about ‘American Utopia’ live show, Khalid, Caribou, The Vaccines, Rhye, Alvvays, Shame, Sunflower Bean, and Bodega are all set to play the festival, which takes place 9th – 11th November.

Holding up the dancier end of proceedings, Bristol drum ‘n’ bass veteran Roni Size is heading to Hong Kong, along with Eats Everything, DJ Swindle, and Blawan.

Inspired by Hong Kong’s history Clockenflap’s line-up is designed to reflect a meeting of western and eastern culture. Taiwanese jazz and Rn’B maverick 9M88, Chinese indie rapper Bohan Phoenix, Japanese pop oddball Cornelius, and Korean producer CIFIKA have also been announced.

Tickets and the full line-up so far can be found here.
