Alt-J, Editors, Modest Mouse added to Open’er Festival bill

The Polish fest will be headlined by Kings Of Leon, Arctic Monkeys and Queens Of The Stone Age

Alt-J and Editors have been added to the bill of this year’s Open’er festival in Poland, as have Modest Mouse and Skunk Anansie.

Both Editors and Modest Mouse have confirmed that they will be playing brand new material at the festival.

The festival, which takes place between July 3-6, also recently confirmed that Rihanna will perform a bonus gig for people who have four-day festival tickets. The pop superstar, who released her latest album ‘Unapologetic’ in 2012, will perform on July 7.

The festival will be headlined by Queens of The Stone Age, Blur, Kings of Leon and Arctic Monkeys.

Arctic Monkeys are currently working on their new album and Queens Of The Stone Age look set to release their forthcoming new LP in the coming months. The Josh Homme fronted band will be appearing at the UK’s Download Festival ahead of their Open’er date.

Tame Impala and Animal Collective will be playing the festival alongside Disclosure and Maria Peszek.
