‘Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice’ survey reveals audiences prefer Batman

The survey also showed that moviegoers were most excited to see Wonder Woman

A survey has revealed that audiences are rooting for Batman over the Man of Steel in Warner Bros.’ Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice.

Bruce Wayne received the support of 59% of moviegoers in the poll conducted by Fandango, with only 41% voting for Clark Kent.

But Wonder Woman beat out both superheroes in terms of popularity with 88% of respondents saying that they were most excited to see the comic book character appear on the big screen.

Fast & Furious actress Gal Gadot takes on the role of Wonder Woman in the film, also starring in her own movie later this year.

Sixty percent of those polled said they were intrigued to watch Jesse Eisenberg’s take on Lex Luther, 82% said they’ve seen Snyder’s Man Of Steel, while 66% are fans of his work. More than half of those polled at 61% said they’ll see BvS more than once.

The Zack Snyder film has outstripped pre-sales for all superhero movies – including The Dark Knight Rises and Avengers: Age Of Ultron – ahead of its opening weekend.
