‘Cards Against Humanity’ want to pay you for your ideas…

Do you have sick enough ideas?

Offensive adult game ‘Cards Against Humanity’ are looking for new contributing writers.

The game sees players complete fill-in-the-blank statements using words or phrases with politically incorrect statements on cards, and the winner is whomever deemed the most offensive. Having become a global phenomenon, now they’re looking for your ideas.

Applicants have until August 31 to submit their best 15 best white cards and five best black cards.

“Great news! Cards Against Humanity is looking for new writers,” reads a statement on their website. “If your cards are solid, you’ll join our pool of remote contributors and make $40/hr writing poop jokes as needed — which is ‘sometimes’.:

They continued: “We strongly encourage applicants from historically marginalized communities to apply, particularly people of color, immigrants, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

“Also looking for hot single dads. Good luck. We love you.”

Apply here.

The site also includes advice on how to “write cards that don’t blow”, including how to “give them a voice” and naturally “subvert an expected tone or logic”.

Last year, the game made headlines when they launched a campaign to prevent President Donald Trump from enacting his alleged border wall between the US and Mexico, when they shared a website called Cards Against Humanity Saves America which is a holiday promotion.

The website is a frequently asked questions page that takes digs at Donald Trump throughout. The site describes the president as “a preposterous golem who is afraid of Mexicans” and that “he is so afraid that he wants to build a twenty-billion dollar wall that everyone knows will accomplish nothing “.
