Danny Brown‘s role in the forthcoming film White Boy Rick has been previewed in a new trailer – check out the wild clip below.
The Detroit rapper will star alongside Oscar-winner Matthew McConaughey in the upcoming movie, which has been directed by Yann Demange. It’s based on the true story of Richard Wershe Jr., who in the 1980s became the youngest-ever FBI informant at the age of just 14.
Brown’s character – whose name has still yet to be officially confirmed – is briefly previewed in a new teaser trailer for White Boy Rick, which was shared by Brown’s manager and Def Jam CEO Paul Rosenberg earlier today (June 5).
The clip also features rapper YG’s upcoming cameo in the movie, as well as giving a glimpse of Atlanta star Brian Tyree Henry.
A full trailer for White Boy Rick was released yesterday (June 4), which delves more into McConaughey’s role as Richard Wershe Sr – watch it below.
