The Destiny’s Child star posted a drawing of a lion on Insta Stories, adding “@ddlovato I [love] you.”
A video appeared later with Rowland appearing to get a tattoo in the same place Lovato had hers with the caption: “got you on my mind.”
The singer was reportedly rushed to hospital following a suspected “overdose” earlier this week.
Lovato’s family issued a statement saying: “Demi is awake and with her family who want to express thanks to everyone for the love, prayers and support.”
The singer released a song last month called ‘Sober’ in which she detailed her battle with substance abuse and how she had recently relapsed after six years of sobriety.
The Jonas Brothers and Justin Bieber were among the stars who offered their support to Lovato.
